Underground Mills in Iran

The author of this paper, Michael Harverson, writes:- "I have dug out my copy of the 1983 Conference. There are a few errors in the text and one mysterious phrase in the discussion which cannot now be checked. On the whole my inclination is against inclusion in electronic form."

This paper has therefore been omitted from the electronic version of the book.
